Font Thing

The Font Thing is a freeware font management tool for Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT 4.0.

With The Font Thing you can:
· Browse installed and uninstalled fonts
· Browse fonts in subfolders as a single combined list
· View sample text and individual characters in your choice of colours.
· Change sample text "on the fly" or easily switch between your own standard text   samples.

ZipScan

ZipScan is a program that performs a fast file search which includes looking inside archive files, such as Zip files. This is useful if you have lots of documents archived in Zip files and need to be able to search for specific documents. It is also useful when looking for a particular DLL from a set of CAB installation files, and for Java programmers who need to search through their JAR archives. It is a useful companion to archiving programs such as WinZip which do not have a search facility.

ClipClear

ClipClear is tiny free utility that allows you to clear the contents of the Windows clipboard with a click of the mouse. ClipClear places a little clipboard icon into tray area. If there is something in the clipboard, you'll see red cross over the icon. That means that by clicking on this icon now you can clear the contents of the clipboard.
Right-clicking on icon brings up little popup menu with some commands for launcing Windows Clipboard Viewer etc.
If you manage to copy large images and data over the clipboard now and again then you may find this utility useful.
